Senior Product Manager - Prepaid Cards/Wallet/Giftcard/PPI Products (7-9 yrs)

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Product Manager with a proven track record of building prepaid instruments (PPI) from the ground up in a fintech environment, including digital wallets and prepaid cards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fintech, a deep understanding of consumer needs in the payment landscape, and a proven track record of delivering innovative financial products.

Key Responsibilities:.

Product Strategy & Vision:.

- Define and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for PPI and credit card products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

End-to-End Product Development:.

- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on building PPI solutions from the ground up, with an emphasis on user experience and scalability.

Market Research & Analysis:.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to validate product concepts, identify customer pain points, and discover opportunities for differentiation in the prepaid space.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:.

- Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring that all products meet business and user requirements.

Roadmap and Prioritization:.

- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on user feedback, market trends, and strategic business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:.

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to gather insights that inform product direction.

User-Centric Design Approach:.

- Champion a user-first design philosophy, ensuring that PPI products deliver seamless and engaging experiences that meet consumer needs.

Performance Monitoring:.

- Establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features and strategies based on insights.

Compliance & Risk Management:.

- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Mentorship & Leadership:.

- Mentor junior product managers and foster a strong product culture within the organization.

Qualification & Experience:.

- 7+ years of product management experience in the fintech industry, with a focus on prepaid instruments (wallets and prepaid cards).

- Experience with credit cards is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:.

- Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, PPI regulations, and credit card frameworks.

Analytical Skills:.

- Expertise in data analysis and a metrics-driven approach to decision-making.
