Strategic Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level executives, acting as the primary contact to address client needs and ensure long-term retention.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement tailored account plans aligned with client needs and organizational objectives to optimize engagement and results.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Empliances products and services to deliver effective, customized solutions to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of leads and proposals, ensuring accurate forecasting of sales pipelines and regular reporting to management.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and align sales activities with Empliance's strategy.
• Leverage Empliances internal sales methodologies and ERM platforms for effective account management and sales execution.
• Manage expenses responsibly while driving cost-effective solutions that maximize client and organizational value.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives to stay updated on industry standards and maintain excellence in service delivery.
