Control Tower Manager/Senior Executive

Job Summary

The Control Tower Manager/Senior Executive is a critical role in overseeing and optimizing Emotorad's supply chain and logistics operations. The candidate will act as the central hub for real-time decision-making, ensuring seamless operations across the entire supply chain. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in logistics/supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting - Track key supply chain metrics and identify trends. - Generate performance dashboards and periodic reports for leadership review. - Provide actionable insights to optimize supply chain performance.

Process Improvement & Issue Resolution - Identify areas of improvement based on data trends. Come up with strategic projects including immediate, short term and long term process and product solutions. - Drive automation and digitization efforts in collaboration with the IT team. - Proactively identify potential disruptions or delays and implement contingency plans. - Escalate critical issues to senior management with well-prepared recommendations for resolution.

Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, service and customer support teams to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.

Qualifications & Skills Educational Background - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or MBA.

Experience - 2+ years of experience in control tower, supply chain management, or operations, preferably in e-mobility industries. - Proven experience in managing real-time operations and control tower environments.

Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
