Staff Management:

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of operational management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or elder care industry.
Age & Maturity: The candidate should be 40+ years of age, bringing a wealth of experience, maturity, and the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
