Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the founder and Chief Strategy Officer to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
- Design, implement, and manage OKRs to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Performance Tracking and Metrics:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of business metrics to monitor company performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to the founder and executive team.
Business Reviews and Support:
- Organize and facilitate regular business reviews with the founder and Chief Strategy Officer.
- Support the founder in day-to-day activities and long-term strategic planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects.
Consulting and Advisory:
- Provide expert advice and insights based on industry best practices and market trends.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the founder and Chief Strategy Officer on strategic matters.
- Leverage consulting experience to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
