Role: AM / DM/Manager - Corporate Finance

Reporting to: GM - Finance.

Experience : 4-6 years.

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project / working capital financing ( fund and non-fund-based limit) and fund raising for Solar Cells and Module manufacturing project; work on most suitable/optimize source of financing
• Build, develop and manage detailed financial models from scratch for lenders and to evaluate fund raising and investment opportunities.
• Working out cash flows, ratios, projections, sensitivity analysis etc.
• Maintain and build relationship with financial institution/Banks, NBFCs, Credit rating agencies etc.
• Submit proposals to potential lenders, manage end-to end- project appraisal and due diligence exercises
• Review and understanding of term sheet/debt proposal/loan & security documentation managing pre & post compliances
• Periodic compliance information, financial covenants during financing, project risk management
• Preparation of Daily Cash/fund flow and MIS
• Preparation of presentations for management / lenders / investors.
• Research and report preparation Sectoral/industry.
• Support for IPO processing and investor onboarding
