Job Purpose:

To support in the preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). The role includes coordinating with statutory auditors, ensuring compliance with IND AS standards, completing audits, and meeting investor requirements. Theposition will also involve providing assistance for due diligence (DD) processes.

Basic Function:

- Prepare and deliver monthly and yearly MIS and financial statements.

- Generate customer, project, and order-wise Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis reports.

- Conduct stock report analysis and manage inventory controls.

- Verify Cost Run and TECO completion.

- Maintain control over SAP (FICO & MM modules).

- Oversee inventory audits and implement control measures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Complete and update month-end activities, including preparing monthly MIS reports.

- Ensure the TECO process is completed and handle production order settlements.

- Clear and reconcile Control GL accounts, finalize expense postings, and settle common costs.

- Coordinate with the stores team to clear transit stock and validate inventory aging reports with physical verification.

- Post month-end closing entries, such as provisions and prepaid expenses.

- Execute cost updates for finished goods (Cost Run) and handle Forex re-instatements.

- Update and release project budgets in SAP based on approvals.

- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted operational expenses.

- Perform inventory analysis, monitoring, and aging assessments.

- Collaborate with external auditors to provide required data, clarify queries, and close annual audits and financial statements.

Skills, and Qualifications:

Education: CA.

Skills:

- Proficient in SAP HANA.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related tools.

- Other: Excellent analytical and coordination skills
