R&D Formulation Executive

• Develop and optimize formulations for various dosage forms (solid, liquid, semi-solid, injectable).
• Conduct pre-formulation studies, compatibility studies, and prototype development.
• Ensure formulation stability, efficacy, and manufacturability.

• Design and execute scale-up and technology transfer from lab-scale to commercial production.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team for smooth transition and process validation.

• Conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines and analyze results for formulation improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (USFDA, EU-GMP, ICH, WHO, MHRA) in formulation development.

Prepare technical documentation, formulation development reports, and batch records.

• Operate and optimize formulation equipment such as RMG, FBD, compression machines, coating machines, and homogenizers.
• Explore new formulation technologies to improve product performance and cost-effectiveness.
