Team Lead (GAAP, GST) RR/1169/2024 (6-9 Years)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the review with consultants for India, US, and Canada Income tax returns.
• The applicable Transfer Pricing compliance, TP agreements, and working for the Form 3CEB to ensure accurate and timely filing.
• Maintain the relevant documentation and files to support the positions taken in the tax return filings.
• Work with Finance Team and other functions for the requisite information and documents for filing the income tax returns.
• Having strong knowledge of GST filling, GST refunds, GST Annual Filling, Assessment under GST and TDS for India tax compliance
• Manage the tax audit process, review and provide inputs to auditors to ensure timely and accurate submission.
• Strong knowledge in GL accounting including Fixed Assets and Intercompany transactions.
• Confidence and maturity to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across different time zones
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to priorities and manage multiple priorities.
• Project management skills.
• Experience working in SAP would be nice to have.
• Working experience in Advance level MS office.
