Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3-5 Years in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), BE, or Any Degree

Key Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer deadlines.
• Lead Time Analysis: Analyze lead times and work to improve on-time delivery performance.
• Bottle Neck Analysis: Identify and address production bottlenecks to streamline operations.
• Customer Order Management: Handle customer commitments by ensuring timely production and delivery.
• Data Management: Utilize ERP software and inventory management systems for accurate tracking and planning.
• Process Optimization: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance production workflows and efficiency.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in ERP software and inventory management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time-management skills to coordinate multiple orders and schedules effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in capacity planning and lead-time analysis.
• Knowledge of jewelry production processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Production Planning & Control (3-5 years).
• Hands-on experience in handling complex production schedules.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the jewelry industry is an added advantage.
