Job Description
Job Title : Product Owner
Primary Skills:
ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
Strong background in software development, particularly in electric vehicle industry.
Deep understanding of electric powertrain systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with product lifecycle management tools.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electric powertrain systems.
Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
Strong customer focus and ability to gather and prioritize customer requirements.
Ability to develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to lead product demonstrations and training sessions.
Job Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EV - Energy Charging function software.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Work closely with Systems, development, and validation teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable plans.
- Ensure the product supports the company s overall strategy and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
- Act as the main point of contact between the development team and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on product performance, feedback issues.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the product team.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features and enhancements.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers as needed.
- Prepare and present product updates to senior management.
- Lead product demonstrations and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
