We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with expertise in reconciliation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reconciliation processes and will play a critical role in enhancing our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications for reconciliation processes across various payment channels, including UPI, BBPS, and payment gateways.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into BRD (Business Requirement Documents), and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement reconciliation solutions that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop user manuals, process documentation, and training materials to support the implementation and adoption of reconciliation solutions.
• Conduct client interactions to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Assist in project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze reconciliation results, identify discrepancies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in reconciliation technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
• Strong expertise in reconciling various payment channels, including UPI, BBPS, and payment gateways.
• Experience in creating BRDs, process documentation, and user manuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using reconciliation tools and software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Immediate availability to join and work from our office in Vikhroli (soon to be Thane).
