Content Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Development:

• Create, implement, and oversee a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop engaging, SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce high-quality, on-brand content.

2. Influencer Marketing & Brand Collaborations:

• Build and maintain a database of influencers, music artists, and content creators.
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships, barter deals, and monetary collaborations to maximize campaign ROI.
• Plan and execute influencer-led events such as meetups, launches, and premieres to strengthen brand relationships.

3. Digital & Social Media Marketing:

• Design and manage innovative digital and social media campaigns for various platforms.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Work closely with ad sales teams for strategic ad placements and cross-promotional initiatives.

4. Event Management & PR Coordination:

• Plan and execute on-ground events such as music launches, movie premieres, and celebrity meet-and-greets.
• Coordinate with in-house PR teams to align content strategy with broader media coverage goals.

5. Market Research & Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance content strategies and improve audience engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Masters degree or equivalent in a related field is a plus.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, influencer management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Experience working with MNCs, agencies, or entertainment production houses is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital ad placements.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team while fostering a collaborative culture.
