You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure optimal solutions that align with business goals and are cost-effective, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Solution Strategy and Planning: Lead the creation of long-term IT strategies, ensuring solutions meet business needs and optimize efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering collaboration.
• Cloud Architecture Expertise: Design, implement, and manage cloud-based architectures ensuring scalability, flexibility, and security.
• Technical Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality solution design and delivery.
• Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration across different platforms and applications, reducing silos and enabling interoperability.
• Security and Compliance Management: Oversee security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Business Process Analysis: Work closely with business units to analyze and optimize workflows, driving business transformation through technology.
• Technology Evaluation and Selection: Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate technologies to meet business needs.
• Cost Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement strategies that optimize IT costs while maintaining high system performance and availability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments to drive IT projects and initiatives effectively.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth business operations.
• Data Architecture and Governance: Oversee data management practices, ensuring proper governance, data quality, and integration.
• Scalability and Performance Planning: Ensure all solutions are designed to scale and perform optimally under varying business demands.
• Agile and DevOps Methodologies: Promote agile development processes and DevOps practices to improve project delivery speed and quality.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation and Communication Skills: Create clear, comprehensive documentation and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Emerging Technology Awareness: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve system capabilities.
• API and Microservices Design: Lead the design and development of APIs and microservices to ensure modular and scalable application architecture.
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability Planning: Design and implement disaster recovery strategies and high availability plans to ensure business continuity.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a deep understanding of architecture frameworks, system integration, and IT strategy.
• Extensive experience in cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ensuring cloud-based systems are secure, scalable, and efficient.
• Expertise in security, compliance, and data governance, with a focus on data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Agile and DevOps experience with a focus on continuous delivery and integration.
• Strong experience in managing vendor relationships and selecting new technologies that align with business goals.
• Hands-on experience with API development and microservices design to enable scalable and efficient integration.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge in cost optimization, risk assessment, and performance scalability.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Logistics or related industries.
• Certification in relevant architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and high availability architecture.
