Executive / Sr. Executive - Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

1. CD Preparation: - Strong understanding of the process of preparing CD (Conveyance Deed) documents. -
2. CD Registration in Tehsil: - In-depth knowledge of the procedures involved in CD registration at the tehsil level.
3. E-Stamp/Challan Calculation and Generation: Expertise in calculating and generating E-Stamp/Challan on the government website.

4. BBA

5. SD/RD Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding SD/RD calculations and procedures.

7. MIS Updation: Basic knowledge of updating and maintaining MIS related to property and
registration data.

8. Property ID - Understanding of Property ID creation, correction, and its significance in the
property registration process

9. Property Tax Payment: - Basic understanding of the procedures involved in property tax
payments and related compliance.
