Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Purchase Executive with 610 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:Manage end-to-end procurement processes for construction materials, services, and equipment.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best procurement practices.Vendor Management:Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for reliable supply chains.Contract & Compliance Management:Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts.Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement to avoid project delays.Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.Software & System Utilization:Leverage procurement software and ERP systems for efficient purchase management.Maintain accurate procurement records and reports using digital tools.Cost & Budget Control:Work closely with the finance team to manage procurement budgets.Conduct regular cost analysis and market research to stay competitive.
