AI Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of managing SaaS products that incorporate Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), or other language-related AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant AI Product Management experience, or at least 5+ years in SaaS product management.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple product lines, drive product development, and ensure the successful implementation of our AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

Serve as the Product Owner for multiple product lines within the Eltropy AI Suite, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Collaborate with engineering teams to manage release schedules, groom engineering requirements, and ensure alignment with product goals.

Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including release notes, user guides, and implementation plans.

Support the initial implementation of products, working closely with the implementation and professional services teams to ensure a smooth handoff.

Provide ongoing support to ensure successful product deployment and alignment with client needs.

Participate in customer demonstrations and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when needed.
