Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our cloud-based IoT platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of IoT architectures with strong product management skills and an understanding of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the product roadmap and strategy for our industrial IoT platform, balancing technical capabilities with market needs
• Collaborate with customers to understand their manufacturing processes and translate requirements into product features
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and UX designers
• Define and prioritize product requirements for both IoT connectivity and AI/ML features
• Oversee the development of intuitive dashboards and interfaces for manufacturing analytics
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security across diverse industrial environments
• Manage integration of various data sources, protocols, and AI models within the platform

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on IoT platforms or industrial software
• Demonstrated experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTPS, WebSockets) and cloud platform architectures
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern cloud development practices
• Experience with machine learning workflows, model deployment, and API integration
• Track record of successful product launches in B2B technical environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation systems

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of IoT architecture patterns and best practices
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Working knowledge of data pipelines and real-time streaming architectures
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in industrial applications
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of UX design principles for complex technical applications

Desired Experience:

• Previous work with industrial control systems or SCADA
• Experience with time-series databases and real-time analytics
• Background in manufacturing operations or industrial engineering
• Understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards and practices
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• History of working with manufacturing clients and understanding their unique challenges
