User support Executive- Chat Support

We are looking for a User Support Executive to join our team at Eloelo, specializing in Chat Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling user queries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing an excellent customer experience through chat support. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in user support.

Provide real-time chat support to users, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of support tickets.

Document user interactions, feedback, and common issues to improve support processes.

Stay updated on platform features, policies, and best practices to assist users effectively.

1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in chat support roles.

Excellent written communication skills in Hindi English.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.

Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).

Prior experience in social media/live streaming/gaming platforms is a plus.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
