Sr. Engineer- Quality (FGQC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve FGQC rejections using the PDCA cycle.
• Coordinate with Production, Store, QC, Internal Units, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and deliver Six Sigma presentations.
• Utilize basic instrument knowledge including VMM, CMM, Height Gauge, and Hardness Tester.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 standards, and other relevant quality certifications.
• Conduct terminal testing of products to meet required specifications.
• Perform internal department audits for quality assurance.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Quality Team.
• Support customer visits by providing necessary documentation and quality data.
• Oversee process inspections to ensure product quality and standards are maintained.
• Organize vendor training programs, meetings, and provide necessary support to improve vendor quality.
• Manage ERP Quality Plans, MSI, SOPs, WIS, and other related documentation for operational efficiency.
