Job Description
- New product validation concerning Drawing, Std.
- Benchmarking concerning competitor samples (SWOT analysis)
- Third Party Inspection in testing (Terminal blocks)
- Product Approval Audit UL & “CSA” (Terminal blocks)
- Printing Process Audit according to SOP
- ECR Parts Validation & Testing
- Regular testing for terminal blocks is required as per STD.
- Routine Test Reports
- Maintain calibration of the Instruments and calibration reports.
- Quality plans for new products and Review of existing products.
- Testing of SPDs, MCBs, solar fuse holders & Fuse links
- Preparation of WIS & SOP.
- Customer & system certification audit
- Improvements KAIZEN/7-QC TOOL/POKA-YOKA/5s
- Analysis RCA/8D Reports/CAPA
