Document Review Analyst

Job Description
The Associate will be responsible to Process/Segregate/Cleanse/Review the data provided in various formats as per the requirement of the process that change from time to time using 4iG tool, should be proficient in using software tools & eye to detail on document review.
Data Breach is a for which your company/organisation is responsible in losing a security incident resulting in a breach of confidentiality, availability or integrity. The below process undergoes to safeguard the Client Data,

1. Identify the protocol of client to understand in which business there are into and their requirements,
2. Review the data received in the form of Email/ Excel/ Word/ image format,
3. In first level review, identify the PII & PHI information from documents as per the protocol,
4. In second level review, extract the information which was identified as PII & PHI,
5. Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies,
6. Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, 4iG tool and any other computer software.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• Any Graduation or LLB
• 0-3 Years of Experience in BPO, LPO data entry or equivalent training

Skills:

• Ability to Type minimum of 40 WPM
• Observation and Analytical Skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Hands on experience on 4iG tool for experience people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
