Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and room bookings
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
