Job Description / Responsibilities *

1. Handling Overall Accounts and Finance Activities, bank reconcillation, receivables and payables, Processing Payrolls workings as per PF, ESIC norms and other deductions.
2. Preparing monthly fundflow, cashflow reports, handling working capital, MIS reports, Inventory control, Well versed in TDS and GST data and return submission
3. Experience in managing Monthly stock and verification and valuation of physical stock .
4. Interacting with Bank, vendors and customers, Support in recovering outstanding payments
5. Prepare and summarize all the transaction reports and financial status which includes a balance sheet, profit & loss statement, Tax Audit, GST Returns.
6. Assisting & coordinating with legal team – CA & CS & support in Resolving pending Issues relating to Income Tax , Sales TAX by visiting various Govt offices.
7. Present financial reports to higher management and Accountants.
8. Stay up to date knowledge of the latest business trends.
9. Analyze the financial statements for any discrepancies and issues.& Identify errors and take actions for improvement.
10. Analyze inter company transactions, bank statements and generate invoices & Review accounting systems and make suggestions for improvements.
11. Experience in handling Exports, Imports & Working on Insurance, Loan Agreements , Overdrafts , Contracts renewal.
12. Secures financial information by completing database backups& Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
13. Delegate Financial responsibilities to accounting team and having excellent managerial and leadership skills
14. Provide support in the month-end and year-end closing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CA-Inter, MBA Finance or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor.
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Understanding of accounting software like SAP, Tally ERP, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience in handling E commerce accounting software
• Strong aptitude for quantitative skills and numbers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and internal controls.
• Excellent at analyzing information and interpret for other departments.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
• Hardworking and honest
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills
