Customer Relationship Specialist

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Client Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will focus on supporting our clients on their investment journey. This is an excellent opportunity for recent Finance graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in client relationship management who aspire to build a career in sales in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Connect with potential customers to understand their investment needs and find the right solutions to their financial problems
• Sales Strategy: Craft compelling sales pitches tailored to clients' financial needs to drive interest in investing.
• Customer Support: Build strong relationships with clients, address their queries, and assist them through the registration and investment process.
• PPO Conversion: Drive customer engagement to achieve successful conversions while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Pipeline Management: Monitor leads, follow up diligently, and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Market Feedback: Collect and share insights from customer interactions to support product development and marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Finance or a related discipline. MISM Certification candidates would be preferred.
• Experience: 02 years of experience in sales, B2C customer interaction, or financial products/services.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential for effective communication.

Compensation:

• 15 days paid vacation.
