Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• To increase business by deepening existing client relationships with cross-sell/upsell opportunities
• Organizing customer meets/workshops/promotional events involving presentations & webinars
• Providing clients with information on new and existing products and schemes by keeping oneself updated on the financial markets & products
• Client on-boarding, Account opening, Portfolio review & reporting, prepare MIS and relevant reports as and when required.
• Maintain customer contact and handle service issues & customer queries

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidates having exposure in Mutual Funds and Insurance industry will be given preference. BFSI sector exposure will also be considered.
• Should be willing to travel within Mumbai
• Job Location - Dombivli (Candidate should be comfortable for this location)
• Graduates or post-graduates with exposure to BFSI Segment.
• Willingness to undergo NISM Certifications.
• Freshers with sufficient domain knowledge pertaining to Mutual Funds will also be considered.
