Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in Kolkata, Howrah, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, and Hooghly, focusing on in-depth sales strategies.
   
2. Plan and manage market launches, ensuring effective promotion and seamless distributor integration.
   
3. Identify new business opportunities, appoint distributors, and strengthen market penetration.
   
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive sales growth.
   
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
   
6. Analyze sales data to track performance, address gaps, and implement improvements.
   
7. Guide and review team performance, providing feedback and development support.
   
8. Represent the company at trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility and build networks.
