• End to End Recruitment.
• Sourcing profiles.
• Bulk Recruitment.
• Attending Job Fairs and Campus Drives.
• Follow up with Candidates from screening to joining.
• Conducting Joining, Orientation, Induction & Exit formalities.
• Preparing MIS reports.
• Handling the employee grievances.
• Should possess excellent communication skill
• Conducting Skip level meetings.
