Job Description
- Evaluate requirements for solution implementation.
- Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation of systems software programs, code, and project documentation, as required
- Troubleshoot and offer technical support when needed
- Develop, configure, test, and implement solutions meeting business or technical requirements/specifications
- Use standardized processes to construct and test
- Develop product that meets defined requirements
- Develop, steward, and manage current and future-state architecture strategy (analysis, planning, and automation)
- Technology roadmaps, guidance and identification of new services
- Technology trends and cross-functional capabilities
- Establish appropriate processes to ensure Lilly IDS evolves to achieve future architecture direction
- bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information or related field or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Desirable)
- 10+ years of Information Technology experience
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and investigative skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology areas (Strong learning agility)
- Knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (eg, Scrum, SAFe), including related tools (such as Jira)
- Technologist experience in application integration with other systems including knowledge/experience in API integrations.
- Experience with user centric design
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
- Project Management experience
- Strong team and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and develop best practices
- Advanced level SQL and relational database experience.
