Job Description
- EWI Website Account Management : Assist in managing and updating website accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Global Search Capabilities : Support the implementation and optimization of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Analyze search data to improve website visibility and performance.
- Social Media Community Management : Work with the Social Care team to monitor incoming comments and engage with consumers and HCPs who connect with Lilly through our social media channels. Monitor social media trends and provide insights to improve our social media presence.
- Proficient in presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Competent with standard IT tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Currently pursuing a Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- While a PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous, it is not mandatory
