Sr. Engineer After Market Sales - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities to improve the spares penetration in EPSAC product segment.
• Identify new opportunities to improve the spares penetration in Recip. product segment.
• Identify new business opportunities to improve the spares penetration in case of Non-Standard Products (NSP).
• Ringfence the existing customers by providing service as per the quality standards.
• Identify and develop new aftermarket revenue opportunities in the assigned region.
• Execute the Go to Market strategy for aftermarket spare sales in the assigned region.
• Identify and increase the enquiry level to improve conversion and enhance the aftermarket sales revenue.
• Monitor the accounts receivables of the customers and the channel partners.
• Manage collections and reduce the outstanding payments.

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• Any UG degree with relevant experience & skill.
• Prior Spares Sales Experience in Compressor/ Industrial Equipments/ Capital Equipments / Industrial Pumps.
