Role & responsibilities

l Generate adequate enquires for the product handled

l Maximize the enquries in the region assigned and convert into our fold.

l Continuously be present in the market,meeting customers and capture their requirements for maximizing order gain.

l Create maximum no.of positive referrals in the area assigned.

l Meet the targets assigned for the said financial year.

l Proactively respond to customer needs,including calls,mails etc.

l To ensure nil customer outstanding.

l Maintain all the necessary customer & market to product date at all times.

l Should constantly update competition movements,strategies and plan counter moves so as to win the market plate.

l Participate in all the review meetings/forums  and share all data appropriately.

l Actively participate in providing customer/market inputs for development of our products.

l Continuously update on technical / commercial areas of business so as to face customer queries confidently.

l To take inputs from customer for improvement of our products,services and processes.

l Ensure proper forecast/machines are planned,payments paid up without resulting in stocks.

l Ensure all the presales activity is done as per procedure & norms so as to avoid any shortcomings / pitfalls during supply and execution.

l To co-ordinate with service team in addressing the service requirements of customer (installation,complaints etc.) in time.

l Focus on spares business as well.
