• The IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks within the organization
• This role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users regarding computer hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including operating systems, software applications, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, either remotely or on-site
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and antivirus management
• Set up and configure network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT projects and initiatives
• Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations
• Provide training to end-users on IT systems and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices
