About Us:
ElevateHQ is a fast-growing SaaS platform that automates sales commission planning using a no-code designer, allowing sales teams to design, visualize, and track commissions in real-time. We're building the future of sales compensation, and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from ElevateHQ's platform. You will be the go-to person for our clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You'll work closely with our product and sales teams to understand client needs and help them succeed. We're looking for someone who's proactive, has excellent communication skills, and is ready to go the extra mile to make our clients happy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and position ElevateHQ as a strategic partner.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to any issues they encounter, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to help them fully utilize ElevateHQ's features.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas of improvement and communicating them to the product team.
- Renewal & Upselling: Work with customers to ensure renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling new features and services.
- Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their feedback and needs are represented.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA graduate or equivalent with a focus on business, marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus but not required. We're looking for passion and potential!
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking with C-suite executives and end-users alike.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new software and explain its benefits to others.
- Work Ethic: A "customer-first" mindset with a readiness to work longer hours to ensure client success.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate across teams and help wherever needed.
SQL : Ability to write SQL queries
