Who are we looking for?
Provide advanced SAP Basis support for all levels of the business, including IT and business management, business analysts, power users, application developers, and infrastructure/operations team members.
What will you be doing?
- Apply corporate and technical standards to design, plan, install, upgrade, and administer the full suite of SAP products including S/4 HANA, ECC, Solution Manager, S/4, CRM, BW-BI (BOBJ), SCM, SAP Portal/Web AS, FIORI, GRC SAP Security architecture, C4C, and the underlying HANA, and Microsoft SQL databases.
- Provide advanced SAP Basis support for all levels of the business, including IT and business management, business analysts, power users, application developers, and infrastructure/operations team members.
- Prepare and perform database (HANA and MSQ), hardware and Operating System installations (both Windows and UNIX/Linux), as well as upgrades, and migrations. Responsibilities also include configuration of secured interfaces, SNC, SSO, Federated Portals Networks, LDAP, Microsoft EMS, etc.
- Participate on Architecture optimization.
- Participate in scheduled system copy refreshes of system landscapes from production instances to non-production instances.
- Consult with the security administrator to design, develop, and implement SAP Security configurations in compliance with corporate policy.
- Participate as a key contributor during Corporate Compliance audits, and other initiatives as required in a Sarbanes Oxley reporting environment.
- Provide on-call IT support (24x5) for production SAP systems.
- Reporting to SAP BASIS Lead.
Who are You?
- Three to Five (3-5) years experience in SAP Basis
- Strong experience in SAP HANA admin, DB Admin, Upgrades (DB&SAP) skill set would be added advantage to ESI project
- Strong communication skill
- Ability to work 24*5 remotely
- Based out in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Hyderabad.
What competencies will you need?
- SAP BTP skill (Business technology Platform)
- At least one SAP RISE Project
- Good understanding on the ITIL process related to ticketing (remedy/servicenow): Like- Change handling/Incident handling/SLA/etc
- Experience on SAP support and implementation projects
