Interior BOQ Estimator

-Understand project requirements and objectives to facilitate accurate cost estimation.

-Analyze plans, bills of quantities (BOQs), and other project documentation to determine scope and materials required.

-Prepare detailed estimates for submission to project managers, clients

-Collaborate with the design team to validate quantities and ensure alignment with client specifications.

-Review quotes, floor plans, and project-related materials to inform budget preparation and tendering processes.

-BOQ preparation studying of specification sheet from sales team, understanding the client requirement & quantities take off

-Coordination with Design team for Understanding and analysing Architectural & Service drawings and involved in preparation of initial quote to sales team.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

-Min 2 years of experience in cost consulting firms, tendering departments of interior contracting firms, or architect firms.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools for quantity validation and estimation.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
