Role & responsibilities
A. Strategy Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the organization's vision.
B. Operational Oversight:
Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Streamline processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
C. Technology Integration:
Identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency. Assessing training need for employees & organizing behavioral & technical programs as per training calendar
Drive digital transformation initiatives to keep pace with industry advancements.
Manage LOS & LMS integration, Customized reports to enable business team
Drive Data based decision making initiatives through Data Visualization dashboards, scorecards and data modelling
D. Financial Oversight:
Work closely with finance teams to optimize financial processes and ensure fiscal responsibility.
The position of Chief Operating Officer will assist in attaining established operational and financial goals
Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities.
E. Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate operational risks through comprehensive risk assessment.
Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
F. Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws.
Liaise with regulatory bodies to address compliance concerns and maintain a strong regulatory standing.
Provide effective leadership to operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Address concerns and build strong relationships with key partners

Preferred candidate profile
1.Min 20 to 25 of relevant experience
2.Proven experience as a senior executive in a leadership role within the financial industry
3.In-depth understanding of NBFC Operations, IT, regulations, and market dynamics in India.
4.Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
