B) Designation : General Manager(R&D)

Salary: Standard hike on current salary + Compliance benefits

Job Location : Andheri (W)

C) Job Role:

1) Lead the R&D team for timely execution of product developments.

2) Coordination with all team members for Product designing up to production release.

3) Reports , Documentation & work practices.

4) Real time monitoring of developmental activities & timely actions on them.

D) Requirements:

1) A Techno Man management profile ,understanding of various engineering technologies

with managerial competency.

2) Experience in engineering stream with appreciable understanding of electronic

hardware, software, electrical circuits, sensors, automation engineering.

3) Proactive, energetic personality who is self driven.

4) Fluent in communication.

5) Well aware of advances in technology & abreast with new technologies developments.
