Deputy Manager - Training and Development

Role & responsibilities

1. All ERDA L&D initiatives rollout plan and its evaluation.

2. Incumbent will ensure that all trainees had undergone their syllabus & its compliance in ERP

3. To will ensure Competency Development of trainees and ERDA employee. for future business plans

4. Training Need Identification of all ERDA employee, Preparation of Training Calendar and Imparting timely in-house and outbound training.

5. Ensuring Technical/Specialized training to Staff as per Organizational needs

6. Ensuring TTT program is done timely including Training Evaluation

All trainees Career Planning formation and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Knowledge of various conventional and contemporary training technique.

2. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and external vendors to design and deliver relevant training solutions. Proficient in assessing training effectiveness and making data-driven decisions to enhance programs.

3. Hardcore Learning & Development experience in any Industry.

4. Capable of developing Module for Trainees.

5. Prior experience in Individual Development Plan (IDP) preparation and its Implementation exposure for all employees.
