Executive - Electrical Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of robotic systems and ensure their optimal performance.
• Maintain, service, and repair TIG and MIG welding equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow and minimize disruptions.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in machinery and systems promptly.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, tools, and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and technical support.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience in robotic system maintenance and repair (preferably industrial robots).
• Hands-on experience with TIG/MIG welding machine maintenance.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in electrical maintenance.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
