Manufacturing - Associate Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient gear box manufacturing process.
  
• Develop and implement effective shop floor control systems to improve productivity.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, quality control, and inventory management.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on the shop floor.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., MIS reports) to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in gear box or similar products.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, casting, heat treatment, machining, etc.
