Assistant General Manager - Content Development
Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- The purpose of the role is to design and develop learning content including eLearning modules, digital courses, curriculum for sales and non-sales departments. The role will work closely with various subject matter experts, businesses leaders and external vendors to develop content that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage content for various training programs, including e-learning courses, workshops, and training manuals.
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
- Manage the content lifecycle, ensuring materials are current and relevant
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Qualification:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content development for training programs.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
