• As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers via email, social media, and cold prospecting strategies.
• Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
• Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
• Determine the prospect's interest in the product
• Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
• Achieve [number] of activities per [day/week/month]

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Executive, or similar role
• First-hand experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Consistently achieving sales quotas
• Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
• Familiarity with MS Excel analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Preferably from eLearning / Publishing / Content / IT / ITES
• The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication and good presentation skills
