Junior Billing Job description:-

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the billing process by preparing, verifying, and processing invoices accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, billing standards, and client agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and documentation.
• Verify billing data, including customer information, service charges, and account balances.
• Resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reconciliation and reporting.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
• Support the billing team with administrative tasks and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with billing software is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Zohocrm , SAP, or others).
