Receptionist

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be capable of managing various administrative tasks while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
2. Managing phone calls, emails and directing them to appropriate personnel.
3. Coordinate and manage appointments for the team by confirming details and updating calendars.
4. Sort and distribute incoming mails and packages to relevant departments.
5. Assist with administrative tasks, which may include data entry, preparing basic documents, filing, and office supply management.
6. Support admin, HR department and office management functions as needed.
7. Assist with organizing office events and meetings.
8. Respond to inquiries about company services, directions, and general information.
9. Ensure the reception area is organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Fresher or previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel, Outlook ) and office equipment.
4. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
6. Familiarity with office software or reception management tools.
