Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement metadata models within the Ab Initio MD Hub environment

- Configure and customize MD Hub components including, Object Model and Import process, Technical and Business Lineage, Business Glossary and Dynamic Attributes, Semantic Discovery and Reference Data, Data Catalog and Metadata Reports, Knowledge Graph and Workflow Management

- Build and maintain custom extractors for integrating data from various sources

- Implement efficient data processing solutions using Ab Initio tools

- Ensure data quality and accuracy within the metadata repository

- Support data governance initiatives through: Implementation of data quality rules, Data lineage tracking, Data classification systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve metadata-related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio tools including GDE (Graphical Development Environment),Express>It, MDH (Metadata Hub), PDL (Parallel Data Language)

- Proficiency in MD Hub features and customization

- Experience in building custom data extractors

- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes

- Knowledge of data governance frameworks

- Experience with DPDP compliance and GDPR (preferred)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
