HR/Admin Manager (equivalent To Assistant Manager level)

Position: HR/Admin Manager (equivalent to Assistant Manager level)

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 take-home per month

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a combined HR and Admin role, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or Assistant Manager capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
2. Oversee payroll processing using Zoho Payroll, attendance management, and ensure compliance with all statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
3. Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace environment.
4. Evaluate KPIs and implement HR best practices to enhance employee performance and engagement.
5. Supervise and manage daily administrative operations, including office maintenance and facilities management.
6. Ensure timely procurement and availability of office supplies and resources.
7. Monitor and maintain workplace safety, including security and utilities management.
8. Liaise with vendors and service providers for effective operational support.

Desired Skill Set:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, statutory compliance, and HR practices.
• Familiarity with Zoho Payroll is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage office administration efficiently, including vendor coordination and facility management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in handling both HR and admin responsibilities in a balanced manner.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
