Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the restaurant, and show them to their tables.
  
• Manage table allocation, ensuring efficient seating arrangements and minimizing delays.
  
• Provide exceptional guest handling services by attending to their needs promptly and courteously.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
  
• Handle complaints or special requests from customers professionally.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in hospitality industry with focus on guest relations or hostess activities.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
  
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices (e.g., HACCP) would be an asset.
