Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations during pre-opening activities, including inventory management and team handling.
  
• Coordinate with waiters, bartenders, stewards, and butlers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  
• Conduct captain duties such as managing tables, serving food and beverages, and handling customer queries.
  
• Oversee restaurant management tasks like menu planning, staff scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure a smooth overall experience for guests.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in hotel or restaurant industry; preference given to candidates with B.A/BHM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of captaining, waiter activities, hotel management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
