- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, volunteers, and internal teams
- High ambition, confidence, and energy, coupled with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience in marketing, building impactful events, expanding communities, and increasing event participation
